Champagne is often associated with the large and well-known houses – yet behind them lies a world of smaller producers, where the winemaker grows their own grapes and allows the place, the vintage and the craftmanship to take centre stage. During this tasting, we will focus on grower Champagne, where each wine carries a distinct character and a strong expression of its terroir.
We will taste four Champagnes from some of the region's most exciting producers. From elegant, mineral driven expressions to more powerful and characterful wines, we will explore how different villages, grape varieties and winemaking styles shape the diversity of Champagne.
This tasting will give you an insight into why grower Champagne has become increasingly appreciated by both sommeliers and wine lovers around the world – Champagnes where origin, precision and personality are in focus.
